  Dick's "Man Cave" is a place located on Morada Way Art District in Islamorada, Florida Keys. It was a hot afternoon and I caught the sun just before it went away.  Love the tropical Keys colors on these buildings and the sun really made it glow.

Pay it a visit and ask Dick where the name came from.    

I was thrilled that it sold at the Redbone Art Gallery at the Art Walkabout a few days after I painted it.  

  Here's how it started it.  Sketched it out and then placed in my values as an under painting.  Then just kept adding more local color and details until it just felt right.
